03 — Work Health & Safety

Safety first —
every site, every shift.

Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 we share responsibility for every person we place. That responsibility shows up in how we induct, equip, report and train.

Our approach

Prevention beats reaction.

Every worker meets the site’s standards before day one — not on it. Records are current, PPE is checked, and any incident is reported the same shift so we can act on it.

W/01

Site Inductions

Role-specific inductions before a worker sets foot on site.

W/02

PPE Compliance

Correct gear, checked, issued and replaced when it needs to be.

W/03

Incident Reporting

Fast, honest reporting — no blame games — and clear follow-through.

W/04

Ongoing Training

Refreshers and upskilling as standards and equipment evolve.

Policy

Our commitment.

Everyone deserves to finish their shift the same way they arrived. That principle drives our WHS policy — from how we screen candidates, to the gear they carry, to how we handle a near-miss.

What we ask of our clients.

A short site brief before the first shift. Clear supervision on the floor. A path to raise a concern without penalty. We’ll do the same on our end.

What we ask of our workers.

  • Turn up on time, fit for work, in the right gear.
  • Follow the site’s procedures — no shortcuts.
  • Report anything that feels off, immediately.
